Lagom has a strict no-return policy on all products, all items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.
Exchange
Items purchased online may be exchanged only if defected and within 24-48 hours of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to Lagom.
Items cannot be exchanged on the basis of linking only. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Make sure to check the DUTY charges (if any), as it is payable at the time of the delivery. Once the order has been placed, credit card processing may take up to 1-2 business days. Upon verification, the customer gets an order confirmation email. If the selected item is out of stock, it will be replaced as per the customer’s request. Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-14 working days. Delivery time depends on payment authorization, order processing, custom delays, and transit time. In case of any delay, customers are informed via email.
Damages caused in international delivery is not our responsibility as they open up the packages in customs to check. We can exchange the items only if we get our damaged items back within 1 month (only in international delivery) and we will provide local delivery exchange only.
